James Castleberry, age 81, of Clarksville, died Saturday, October 15, 2011 at his daughter's residence. He was born March 26, 1930 in Clarksville, the son of Frank Castleberry and Ida Pancher Castleberry. He was the owner of CMD Masonary Contractors. He was a lifetime member of Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where he served as an Elder. He was a Korean War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 55 years, Adeline Castleberry; his son-in-law, Michael J. McLendon; one brother; three sisters. He is survived by two daughters, Bonnie McLendon of Clarksville and Sandra Warren of Lyles, TN; one sister, Mary Shepherd; four grandchildren, Chris (Jessica) Warren, Susan (Michael) Smalley, Stacy Warren and Kevin McLendon; five great grandchildren, Gaven, Jackson and Kylie Warren, Tayler and Hunter Heflin. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.
