RICHMOND KY, March 16 — Amos Agee, 58 years old, died this morning at the Pattie A Clay infirmary after a brief illness of pneumonia. He was admitted to the Infirmary yeaterday. Funeral arrangements have not been made.

Mrs Mary Agee was granted a divorce from Amos Agee on Saturday afternoon by Juddge Craig in the city court, Mrs Agee asking for the decree on grounds of desertion. The proceedings were not contested.
In her petition Mrs Agee stated that she married Agee in Kentucky on December 25, 1895 and that her husband deserted her in April 1920.
