Funeral services will be held for James Burney Mlckie, 79, at the McReynolds Chapel Thursday afternoon. Burial will be In Bethlehem cemetery. William G Skea will officiate. Pall bearers will be the nephews. Mr Mickle was a native of Montgomery county and lived most of his life here. At the time of his death he was residing at Nashville TN. He was the son of the late William Mickle and the late Indiana Parish Mickle. Survivors include his widow, Roxy Albright Mickle; five sons, Ewing Mickle of Fredonia, Gilmer of Clarksville, Rollow, Lowell, and MC Mickle all of Nashville; two daughters, Miss Roxy Irene Mickle of Nashville, Mrs Ray Carrigan, Nashville; one sister, Mrs Mary Logan, Clarksville; and seventeen grandchildren. While Alone She is Seized With Convulsions, And Falls Ino the Fire and is Fatally Burned • A terrible fate overtook Mrs Eula Mickle, aged twenty-one years, wife of James Mickle, a well known planter of the Excell neighborhood. At 9 o'clock last night, while alone in her room, Mrs Mickle wae seized with convulsions, and losing control of herself, fell into the fire. When rescued he had been so terribly burned upon the arms and body that little hope was entertained of her recovery. Everything possible was done to relieve the unfortunate woman of her suffering. She lingered until 8 o'clock this morning.
